Professional instruction and tuition is the simplest and most cost effective way to improve your track driving. You will become a faster, safer and more knowledgeable driver capable of dealing with any situations which may present its self on track. You will have a greater understanding of vehicle dynamics and how your car behaves at the limit and be able to exploit its full potential. You will become a more confident driver and in turn get more enjoyment from your driving.
1-2-1 Instruction
- This gets you a full days instruction at a circuit of your choice in your own car with a professional track driving instructor. After the day you'll be sent written notes via e-mail on what you need to be improving on and any tips for the next time you attend the track.
- You can also pick the brains of the instructor who can offer advice on how to set the car up and any future modifications that you may be considering.
- The cost can be reduced by sharing an instructor for the day with friends. Each additional driver is only an extra £50.
- The instruction and day is tailored to your requirements, whether you are a track day novice or an experienced club racer.
- We can also arrange and book the Track Day for you but this will obviously be on top of the tuition costs, or you can book and arrange the Track Day yourself.
Some of the techniques you'll learn through the day include:-
- Learning your car and how it behaves on track.
- Getting the most from your car.
- Positioning of the car on track.
- Weight transfer and how it affects the handling.
- Oversteer and understeer, what they are and how to control them.
- Throttle control.
- Braking techniques.
- Setting the car up for a corner.
- Racing lines.
- Vision and looking through the corner.
- Advanced track driving techniques, trail braking, heal and toe, etc...
Each day is tailored specifically to your needs.
The price for a full days instruction is £200 plus travelling costs.
